These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products available on the website disorderparade.com.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms below.

1. Who We Are and What We Sell

Seller: Sole Proprietor Andrii Boyar, operating in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

Products: Caps and other accessories by Disorder Parade.

2. How the Agreement Becomes Effective

The agreement becomes effective when you:

  1. Place an order on the website
  2. Receive an order confirmation

3. Placing an Order

To ship your order, we require:

  • First and last name
  • Phone number
  • Shipping address

Please provide accurate information. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse to process an order if the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH).
  • Payment is made using the methods specified on the website.
  • An order is considered paid once the funds have been credited to our account.

We may change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Delivery

We deliver orders using the shipping carriers available on the website.

  • Shipping costs are charged according to the carrier’s rates.
  • The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to you upon receipt of the goods.

We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery or at the carrier’s pickup location.

6. Exchanges and Returns

You have the right to return non-defective products within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.

Return Conditions

  • The product has not been used
  • Original tags and packaging are intact
  • The product retains its original appearance

After receiving the returned product, we will issue a refund within 7 calendar days.

Return shipping costs for non-defective products are not reimbursed.

If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Products with individual characteristics (made to order) are non-returnable.

7. Liability

The parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to force majeure circumstances, including war, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Personal Data

By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of:

  • Order fulfillment
  • Delivery
  • Accounting
  • Communication with you

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where necessary to fulfill your order or as required by law.
